Objective:
Establish goals to successfully complete my paper and presentation.

Due dates:
The following dates are the end of each goal cycle.
DAY 1: October 27th, November 5th, November 13th, November 30th, December 8th
DAY 2: October 28th, November 6th, November 16th, December 1st, December 9th


1 cycle = 4 classes (assignment due on the fourth meeting)

Goal setting requirements:
I will address the following for each cycle: (Examples for A-C are demonstrated below.)
A) During each class meeting this cycle, my goals are to...
B) During the weekend, my goals are to...
C) When I meet with my mentor, my goal is to...


I should have a minimum of two goals per class (goals regarding my paper and presentation), I will ideally have four goals. The goals I set are paper and/or presentation goals. For example I will ideally have either:
2 paper goals & 2 presentation goals
OR
4 paper goals
OR
3 paper goals & 1 presentation goal
OR
1 paper goal & 3 presentation goals

When I type my goals, it is required that I use the following 22 terms to indicate my goal achievement:
categorize, complete, deduce, demonstrate, determine, diagram, distinguish, elaborate, examine, explain, generate, interpret, justify, measure, organize, quantify, qualify redesign, relate, revise, simplify, synthesize, type

Paper- First goal is to type out notes on strength conditioning
Presentation- Look for good images for my PowerPoint

Class 3
Paper- Try to type out notes on speed conditioning
Presentation- I want to start making study cards to prepare for my presentation day

Class 4
Paper- I did not work on this that day
Presentation- I did not work on this that day

Weekend Goals
Paper- Examine nutrition fitness and type out notes
Presentation- Review note cards already made and make more

Cycle 3 Goals

Paper- Start first couple paragraphs of paper (3 paragraphs)
Presentation- Did not work

Paper- Do more of paper (1 full page)
Presentation- Get some pictues for backgrounds (5 pictures)
